Effects of employee representation on boards

Astrid Kunze presented research on the question what policies can lead to an increase of gender diversity on boards. This research is related to WP2 of the project, and uses overlapping research literature, Norwegian data on public limited boards. Dissemination through a departmental seminar contributes to the visibility of the competency of the project group members, and allows for discussion of related topics to the project EARHART.
