On April 10, 2025, as a part of workshop "Economic Perspectives on Gender Inequality", Magda presented the results of the experimental study about the role of information on the decision to share the remuneration in the mixed-gender team. The study explores how access to information about individual performance impacts wage allocation decisions, providing new insights into labor market biases and decision-making processes.
