In mid September GRAPE visited the beautiful city of Cagliari on Sardinia to take part in the XXX National Conference of Labour Economics organized by AIEL. During an early morning session on the second day of the conference Stan presented some results on the behaviour of labour flows over the business cycle for the transition and post-transition period in Poland.
