We had a pleasure to present our research "Gender board diversity and firm performance: a shift-share IV identification" during the Joint Workshop with FernUniversität in Hagen and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Prof. Dr. Joscha Beckmann and his six PhD students from Hagen have visited SGH Warsaw School of Economics to exchange ideas and discuss newest developments in various fields of economics and finance.

Our presentation focused on explaining our econometric methodology (shift-share IV) in details, as one of the aims of the workshop was to encourage young researchers and PhD students to employ novel methods in their research.
