We take every opportunity to share our findings

We have presented our research during a seminar meeting SENAMEK at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. SENAMEK is a regular, every-two-weeks meeting organized by the Applied Econometrics Unit within the Institute of Econometrics, where researchers can present their on-going, even early stages projects in front of a friendly, but critical audience (researchers from various fields in economics and data science and PhD students).

Our presentation titled "Gender board diversity and firm performance: evidence from European data" has gathered numerous listeners, who provided a useful feedback and various suggestions on how our work can be improved.

For the first time ever, I was not limited with presentation time (I had 1.5h), and the debate over the results was so lively that I still did not manage to go in all details to the last slide! Therefore, we were invited to come back in October with the second more technical presentation, as the audience was particularly interested with the econometric method (shift-share IV) applied in our work.

We would like to thank for all the comments and fruitful discussion.
