Sebastian had the pleasure of attending the Young Economists Meeting 2025, held at Masaryk University in Brno. The conference gathered PhD students and early-career researchers from across Europe to present and discuss current research in economics.

Sebastian presented paper "Revisiting Board Gender Diversity and Firm Performance", and received valuable feedback and suggestions from other participants and faculty alike. Insights from the discussion will help shape the ongoing research.
